About WaterOperatorJobs.org
TL;DR: WaterOperatorJobs.org is an independent Texas job board for licensed water and wastewater operators. Every listing is a real public opening linked to the employer’s original posting.
Last updated
WaterOperatorJobs.org is a job board just for the people who keep the water on: licensed water and wastewater treatment, distribution and collection operators.
General job sites bury operator openings under thousands of unrelated listings. We do one thing. Every listing here is a real, public opening from an employer’s own hiring portal, tagged with the license class it asks for, and linked straight to the original posting so you apply with the employer, not with us.
Texas first, then more states
We’re launching with 65 openings across Texas, where TCEQ’s Class D–A system makes license-based search useful. We’ll add other states as we can list enough real openings to make each one worth visiting.
How we list jobs
- We link to the employer’s original posting and check that each link loads.
- Summaries are written by us. The official posting is always the source of truth.
- Listings expire after 30 days or at the employer’s closing date, whichever is sooner.
- Employers can claim, edit or remove a listing for free.
Who runs this site
WaterOperatorJobs.org is an independent job board, published in 2026. It is not affiliated with TCEQ or any employer it lists. Job data is gathered from employers’ public hiring portals (mostly GovernmentJobs.com / NEOGOV); pay statistics on this site are computed from those postings and labeled with the sample size and date. We don’t yet run social media profiles.
